My fitness philosophy is different to other PTs.

If you just want someone who will stand there and count your reps, I'm NOT your gal.

If you want someone whose sole purpose is to kill you every session - yeah, also NOT your goal.

More is not better. Better is better.

Ever considered a hybrid approach?


A hybrid of personal training and online coaching can be pretty ideal for a lot of people.

Let's be honest, personal training can be expensive if you want to do all your gym sessions with a PT. But you also don't know what to do outside your sessions.

Moreover you realise that a quick 5 min chat on nutrition at the end of the session isn't going to cut it. 

This approach is best suited to those who want to transform their physique and build a lifestyle. 

A hybrid approach could look like:

  • 1-2 in person sessions a week, but still having a plan for the remainder of your workouts that's built around YOUR goals.

  • Nutrition gets the importance it needs. You'll have complete clarity of how to eat for your goals, with weekly check ins outside PT sessions.

  • Access to my training app, where we set nutrition and lifesyle goals, track progress together and you have access to my workout library with instructional videos.





About me

Hi, I'm Ofie.

I'm a PT and health and fitness coach with an approach that is deeply grounded in finding balance and flexibility.

I started taking my own health seriously after being diagnosed with PCOS some 14 years ago and gaining a lot of weight rapidly.

I'll be honest - I didn't enjoy "fitness" when I started. That's because I was in it for the wrong reasons - I was looking for a "quick fix" solution. And for most part, I was throwing things on a wall, hoping something would stick.

Over the years I've built sustainable, long lasting habits, found what really works for ME and now I help others do the same.
