Hi, I'm Ofie.

I'm a health and fitness coach with an approach that is deeply grounded in finding balance and flexibility.

I started taking my own health seriously after being diagnosed with PCOS some 14 years ago and gaining a lot of weight rapidly.

I'll be honest - I didn't enjoy "fitness" when I started. That's because I was in it for the wrong reasons - I was looking for a "quick fix" solution. And for most part, I was throwing things on the wall, hoping something would stick.

Over the years I've built sustainable, long lasting habits, found what really works for ME and now I help others do the same.
