- Week 1 - Analyse & Adjust: You’ll log/document your meals, snacks, and drinks for 7 days. At the end of the week, I’ll provide you with a detailed analysis of what’s working, what’s not, and the first steps to get on track.
- Week 2 - Refine & Thrive: With your adjustments in place, we’ll track your second week of eating. I’ll then fine-tune your approach with even deeper insights to keep you moving toward your goals
